HECU Unit

Unfortunately, I am also unfamiliar with these people, but they are the HECU units from the Half Life series and this is one of the designs of the units.

To explain the rule stated above, a list of rules were created for the HECU units in Half Life: Opposing Force that mock the infamous Murphey's law, part of which states "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong."
